Support
What we do
Offering Technical Support & Services
Propulsion & Maritime Services provides Interim Management and Project Management. We also provide technical inspections, service support and technical troubleshooting. All primarily for the national and international maritime industry. However, our expertise can also be applied outside the maritime world.
Interim Management:
Propulsion & Maritime Services can be brought in on a temporary basis when an organisation needs short-term management support. This can be due to a gap in the organisation caused by illness, or when a new course needs to be set and this 'change of management' with 'change of mindset' needs to be implemented at short notice. We can also help our clients to improve their work processes so that they can produce or operate more efficiently and cost-effectively. The aim is for the organisation to adopt the new way of working.
Project Management:
Depending on the customer's requirements, Propulsion & Maritime Services can support or lead a project. In the preparation phase of repair, conversion, refit and newbuilding projects, we start by mapping out the work to be done with clear agreements with all parties involved. We also draw up a project plan with the various milestones and associated costs. During the implementation phase, we supervise the project in detail and monitor progress. Any additional work is carried out in consultation with the client and finally we take over the project and provide clear reports for both technical and financial settlement.
